Rental rates:
for repeat clients/long term guests (stay over 10 days) price will be Rs. 6500 per day (all inclusive).
for stay above 3weeks, daily rate is Rs 5000 exclusive of electricity charge. Client can pay for the units consumed.
weekly cleaning service can be arranged for a nominal amount for long term stay guests.
