The fully airconditioned luxuary master ensuite is our largest room in our apartment. it contains a King size bed with hotel grade quality mattress, pillows and premium hotel grade linen with Egyptian Cotton towels. wardrobe and an en-suite batheroom complete with its own bath tub.

The Queen bedroom has a designer queen bed with hotel grade mattress and linen. there is a large built in wardrobe and dressing table. The twin room has two single beds with hotel grade mattreses and linen and dressing table.

Available for guests to use is a large living hall hall with a desginer furniture including sofa set and dining table and chairs and a buffet table.

-Continental, Sri Lankan or Vegetarian breakfast spread can be arranged for $10 extra per person upon request. A la Carte Breakfast menu is also available upon request. Kindly let us know in advance if you would like to opt for breakfast.

- We stay in the penthouse on the 5th floor of the apparment. so we'll be available throughout your stay to help in any way possible. We are also in the process of recruiting a round the clock staff and a butler/ house caretaker to make your stay with us as memorable as possible.

there is plenty of private parking for several cars so please let us know if you would like to use this facility. Also kidnly let us know if you require early check in or late check out and we'll see how best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. soemtimes very late checkouts may incur a small fee.
