Accommodation for drivers given free by hotels :- Generally all the hotels in Sri Lanka provides free Driver rooms, when you book with Sri Lankan tourist board approved hotels. however, some hotels (booking.com & agoda - No driver rooms given) do not provide rooms for drivers. in that case you will have to pay the driver US$10.00 OR LKR 1500/= P/Night (Cars & Vans) for him to find his night stay room in near by place. (Local Prevailing Room rate will be applicable during peak season and in Nuwaraeliya District).
