Dear Raj
Please consider this as a formal feedback on you service.
We booked a four nights, five day tour with NVLS tours. From the time I sent the initial email asking for a
quote Raj dealt with the whole process very professionally. He sent us and email delineating clearly the different
options that we have with a very clear pricing structure. Later Raj requested my permission to give a different
vehicle than I reserved (an upgrade), but later I was given the same vehicle that I reserved. Nothing was done
without letting me know and no nasty surprises at any time. The vehicle provided was in excellent condition.
Best thing about this tour was the driver that Raj provided. Roshan was wonderful pleasure to be with the whole
trip and there was never a negative moment during the whole trip. Roshan always had a answer to any situation
and in many times went out of his way to help us. He was polite, courteous and professional and a great asset
to NVLS tours. We were almost ashamed to call him "the driver" as he became a friend at the end of the tour.
I wish him all the best.
Raj provided us with a flexible payment option deviating from his normal procedure showing that he understands
needs and preferences of customers.
I have had hired many vehicles in Sri Lanka during my earlier visits and I cannot say that I have ever come
across this level of professionalism in the tour industry. I have had nightmare tours with reckless drivers, those
who have abandoned us on mid-tours, shabby vehicles, etc.
People like Raj and Roshan set the standard for tourist industry in Sri Lanka and I wish them a very successful
